Most of our items are dispatched to our courier partner within 24 hours of placing the order. You may expect the item to be delivered to you within 4-7 business days (if within India).

For international shipment, we always use the express delivery method for our customer. Although we cannot commit the exact delivery time as there is a involvement of the custom clearance in the destination country.

We ship to addresses throughout the India.

Saundra can also reach 210 countries around the globe.

There are no shipping charge for delivery to any place within India. We shall take utmost care of your product and choose the best option to get it delivered.

You should get in touch with Saundraa team within 24 hours of receiving the order. We only initiate return request for the following scenarios,

1. Any defect in the product.

2. Product is not similar to that one you have ordered. 

Please note that we take most care to ensure minimum colour distortion during the photoshoot of each and every product. However, if you claim a refund on the basis of inaccurate representation of colour, the discretion to accede to the request lies with the store.

If the item is returnable, we shall arrange a pick up. Please send the item along with the tag. As soon as we receive your item, we shall prepare a credit note of the same amount which you can use in your next purchase. The credit note will be valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

In case we are unable to arrange return, please send the item with any renowned courier. We shall provide another discount voucher worth Rs.100/-.  The credit note will be valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

We do not accept any refund request. In case there is any discrepancy or fault from our side, Saundraa team will thoroughly review your case and take the final decision.
