Return Refund and Cancellation Policy
You should get in touch with Saundraa team within 24 hours of receiving the product. We only initiate return request for the following scenarios:
1. Any defect in the product.
2. Product you received is not similar to that one you have ordered.
Please note that we take most care to ensure minimum colour distortion during the photoshoot of each and every product. However, if you claim a refund on the basis of inaccurate representation of colour, the discretion to accede to the request lies with the store.
If the item is returnable, we shall arrange a pick up. Please send the item along with the tag. As soon as we receive your item, we shall prepare a credit note of the same amount which you can use in your next purchase. The credit note will be valid upto 60 days from the date of issue.
In case we are unable to arrange return, we would request you to please send the item by any renowned courier. We shall provide another voucher worth Rs.100/-. The credit note will be valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you have received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund
We do not accept any refund request. We issue a credit note of same amount for you which will be valid for 60 days.
In case there is any discrepancy or fault from our side, Saundraa team will thoroughly review the case and take the final decision. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note: Shipping cost (if applicable) of the original order will be deducted.
Late or missing refunds: (If approved by Saundraa team)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@saundraa.com with your bank statement.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@saundraa.com within 24 hours. We shall raise a reverse pick up request.

The shipping (both forward and reverse) will be deducted from the order amount. Extra amount will be generated as credit note which will be valid for 60 days.

Cancellation
You can cancel the order before the shipping. If you still want to cancel it, we shall stop the delivery and generate a credit note deducting the shipping cost, The credit note will be valid for 60 days from issuing date.
If you'd like to cancel items please call our customer service number at 7596896468 as soon as possible (Monday through Saturday 9am to 8pm IST). Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel orders through the Website.
We'll do what we can to accommodate your request, but please bear in mind that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. If your cancellation or change request is received after the goods have entered the shipping process, they will be shipped and charged to your credit card. They will, however, be subject to our normal return/exchange policy described above should you wish to return them.
Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special discount, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion. Where we notify you that items are backordered or will be delayed in delivery, your cancellation rights will be specified in our communications to you.
